Applewood Smoked Jalapeno

A bright tangy smokey sauce. Everything in this sauce is cold-smoked in applewood before being fermented to add a delicious real smoky dimension. Use it for some smokey eggs in the morning, a nice smokey pop of flavor on a slice of pizza, or blend it with sour cream for a smokey crema for tacos and pierogis.
